Our Unique Approach To Commercial Services
Here at CXPest Solutions, we will implement a planned and organized approach to the control of pests within your business. With over 25 years in the pest control industry, we make it our goal not to just control pests, but to implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) using all the resources at our disposal to minimize the use of chemical agents. Commercial treatment is done on a monthly basis, food establishments are typically serviced twice a month. If you have any issues between services, we will come back at no charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
1. PREMISE INSPECTION
We’ll perform a thorough inspection in and around your establishment. Inside, we’ll inspect all carpet edges, doors, windows, kitchen, and bathrooms. Outside, we’ll check your foundational walls, plus areas of vegetation and mulch.
2. INTERIOR TREATMENT
We’ll place professional bait in areas of activity. We will also apply liquid insecticide in accordance with label regulations in cracks and crevices and/or apply dust insecticide where applicable. We will place monitoring stations to ensure our program is effective.
3. EXTERIOR TREATMENT
We carefully apply a non-repellent insecticide around the perimeter and entry-points of your establishment. We also apply granular bait around the perimeter and ornamental within 5ft of the foundation. We may also need to implement a program for rodent monitoring depending on the type of establishment and location of your business.
